Refund & Returns Policy
Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee
We stand behind every product we make. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your FELŌRA purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
We ask only that items be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We understand that pregnancy and postpartum life is unpredictable — please reach out and we will find the right solution for you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at she@felora.care within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a brief note about your experience
- We will respond within 24–48 hours with your return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or colour, we are happy to process an exchange. Simply contact us at she@felora.care and we will arrange everything for you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your FELŌRA order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at she@felora.care with a photograph of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you — no return required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that have been used and show signs of wear beyond reasonable try-on
- Gift cards
