All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at carry@felora.care.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at carry@felora.care with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. In the event of a lost package we will offer a replacement or full refund.
